As a the WBL staff, you will be a vital part of a traditions. White Birch’s progress and growth are the result of each employee taking responsibility and pride in his or her work.
Staff Orientation:
The official starting date for orientation is the evening of Sunday, June 8th. Plan on arriving in the morning or early afternoon on Sunday to get moved-in and settled. Orientation week will last until Saturday, June 14th, when our first guests arrive. It will be filled with training and learning, grounds preparation, summer planning, goofing around, visits to local sights, some skiing, and lots of fun bonding.
